I work across marketing channels — email, push, web, in-app, TV, paid media - basically anywhere users can have a moment of, “This is actually helpful.”
My north star? Trust 🧡
Word-of-mouth will always beat every ad or algorithm. Humans trust humans - so the goal is to communicate with millions in a way that still feels human.
To create that feeling, I push teams (and myself) to imagine more, explore more, experiment more, and build with intention. That sometimes means creating internal tools, sometimes integrating external ones, sometimes rethinking a process but always digging deeper into who our users are, what they need, and why.
And if we do our job right?
Metrics happen naturally. When people feel understood, they engage, they return, and they share - without being asked.
